We pride ourselves on each of our samsu locations and so there are a few things we require from our land and cabin partners
(we manage everything)
Samsu cabins are entirely offgrid and powered by solar energy, but we do require a mains water connection. This can be taken from troughs or similar but can be discussed during our intro call.
Samsú will take the entire booking process, marketing, guest management, pricing strategy, and admin off your hands so you can focus on simply turning over the cabin.
We will give you any Samsu additions necessary (analogue kit, crockery, etc) all you need to do is make sure the cabin is ready for each new guest.
For sure. Samsu will only ever agree a cabin site on where guests are out of your way, or on land that you don't regularly need access to. The idea is that we take non-arable land and help you to diversify your income stream.
Never - guests will receive all the necessary guidance and information for check in from Samsu to enable self check in at each cabin.
As a landowner with a Samsú cabin on your land, you will receive 12% of booking revenue directly into your bank account each month.
As a cabin owner listing on the Samsu platform, Samsú will take a 20% platform management fee and you will receive the rest of the funds directly into your bank account each month.
